Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, telephone number, or address entered to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to answer the message.
Information Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems create routine logs containing an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. Aggregate log data helps maintain the service and show which resources are useful. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where applicable.
How Information Is Used
This limited data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We neither sell visitor lists nor create profiles of individual users.
Links to Other Websites
Links lead to Renton, King County, and Washington government portals, library collections, and outside search tools. Their privacy policies govern information submitted to them. That includes sponsored search results supplied by a separate company.
Who May Receive Information
Hosting and support vendors process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data already described. We may disclose data when valid legal process requires it, but do not otherwise share visitor information.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is served over an encrypted connection. We retain server logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because we do not run accounts, there is no password or profile of yours to breach on this site.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. Washington's My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, provides consent and deletion rights for covered consumer health data; it is not a general deletion right against public archives. Because we retain little, a request usually involves checking our contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page to submit one. Records held by Renton, King County, or Washington agencies remain under the custodian's control.
Updates to This Policy
Any revised policy will appear here. Using the site after an update indicates acceptance of the new version.
